Description

This Continuous Improvement Basics Bundle provides the learner with some exceptional tools in order to start the CI/Lean journey. The bundle includes the following courses:

  • Process Flow Mapping-

    This course will help people learn the principles of Process Flow Mapping and show how to apply the principles within their work environment.

    The learner will understand that the purpose of Process Mapping is to use diagramming to understand the processes we currently use and ask what is expected of us; what should we be doing to provide better customer focus and satisfaction.

  • Value Stream Mapping-

    This course will demonstrate that by accurately mapping a process, and being able to identify where both the value and the waste is, you will have a clear visual guide for implementing improvement activities.

    The learner will understand the principles of Value Stream Mapping is a flowchart method to illustrate, analyse and improve the steps required to deliver a product or service.

Accreditation

The content of these courses has been independently certified as conforming to universally accepted Continuous Professional Development (CPD) guidelines.

Course duration

Approximately two hours. The length of time taken depends entirely on how quickly learners can study and absorb the material. Learners can proceed as quickly or slowly as they like.

Test and certificate

The end of each course there is a test consisting of multiple choice questions. Learners are required to achieve a 80% pass mark, and, if necessary, may attempt the test multiple times at no extra cost.

Learners will be able to download a digital certificate on completion. This can be printed, and we suggest you keep it for your records.
